Shane Kerwick joined the Imaging Services team as a Sales Representative in the fall of 2024. Shane brings a wealth of experience across accounting and finance, health and life insurance, and home improvement industries, making him a versatile and dynamic addition to our growing team.
With a background in corporate finance specializing in planning and forecasting, Shane has developed a unique ability to understand complex business needs and craft tailored, effective solutions. His expertise in solution selling and customer relations positions him as a trusted partner to clients, capable of addressing their most pressing challenges and fostering long-lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Shane is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys basketball, football, hockey, baseball, and spending time outdoors. His enthusiasm for teamwork and goal-setting on the court and field mirrors his commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Melissa Scott joined the Imaging Services team in the late fall 2024, bringing with her a depth of knowledge and a wealth of experience from her extensive career in the medical field and as a former business owner. With numerous years of expertise in customer service and management, Melissa has already proven to be an invaluable asset to the team. Her eagerness to support the team and her dedication to the growth of Imaging Services highlight her commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her beloved pets, Smokey, a blue pitt, and Mr. Boots, a Himalayan cat. In her free time, she can often be found reading, cooking, hiking, or cherishing moments with her grandsons and nephews.

Michael's dedication to excellence and innovation shaped Imaging Services into what it is today. His vision, leadership and passion will forever be remembered.
Jordan joined the Imaging Services team in Spring of 2024 and has been quick to learn the ins and outs of the Radiology industry. He spent the better part of two decades honing his administrative skills to become a quintessential team member for any office and gaining managerial experience to become a great leader.
During his time at Imaging Services, Jordan has already become a key player in ensuring that our customer support and day-to-day operations are always running smoothly. He likes to think outside the box to devise creative solutions for every problem, guaranteeing that both our clients and our team members are always satisfied with their Imaging Services experience.
When not working at Imaging Services, Jordan can usually be found in Northeast Philadelphia, where he spends much of his time with his young daughter or at local thrift shops. Jordan also plays in a band, gets togethers with friends, and loves watching astoundingly terrible movies.

With an additional 5 years in technical support management, he excels in hardware, software, and end-user support across various operating systems. A continuous learner, he enjoys playing pickleball and shooting at the range in his free time.
Zach is a new member of the medical imaging team, having joined in late 2022. While he may be lacking in experience compared to some of his colleagues, he more than makes up for it with his enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. His dedication to the field is evident in his willingness to work hard and take on new challenges.
Outside of work, Zach values spending time with his family, particularly his younger cousins. He is always eager to share his knowledge and expertise with them, as well as learn from their unique perspectives.
In his personal life, Zach is an avid sports fan, with a particular passion for the Philadelphia Phillies and 76ers teams. His dedication to his favorite teams demonstrates his commitment to following and supporting important endeavors, a trait which carries over into his professional life as well.
Overall, Zach's well-rounded interests and passions make him an excellent addition to the medical imaging team. His enthusiasm for learning and growth, combined with his strong work ethic and dedication to his pursuits, makes him a valuable asset to any project he takes on.
Michael is in the foundational years of his career and feels fortunate to embark on his professional journey with Imaging Services. He joined the team of Service professionals in 2020. While he is relatively new to his role at the Company, he has fallen in line with the paces and is eagerly learning all aspects of X-Ray and Digital Solutions.
He is a video game aficionado and enjoys hanging out with his friends.
John has worked in the Imaging and service field for the past 35-years and has been a dedicated team member at Imaging Services for 18 of those years.
When he’s not working, you may find him on the open road riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Adam began his career at Imaging Services and has been with the company since its inception. He also holds certificates in X-Ray System Maintenance and Medical Electronics. He has grown tremendously over the years as a professional in his technical and customer service skills. He is a proud member of the Technical Service team.
For hobbies he enjoys disc golf and bowling. Adam is a huge sports fan and loves Hockey. He bleeds orange and black as a diehard Flyers fan.
Veronica is an indispensable member of the Imaging Services team, having been a part of the organization since 2007. Over the years, she has demonstrated remarkable growth in her role, thanks to her constantly evolving skill set. What started as an Office Administrator role soon paved the way for her to join the Warehouse team in Shipping and Receiving. From there, she stepped up to take on the challenges of sales, then transitioned to Operations Manager. She now stands tall as the esteemed Operations Manager of the company.
While her commitment to her work is admirable, Veronica also cherishes her time with her children. However, she recognizes the importance of taking a break from her busy schedule to recharge and unwind. You may often find her lost in a good book, seeking solace and quiet reflection amidst the bustle of life. Her love for both the mountains and the beach is evident, as she believes that it's the moments that we create that matter most.
As a person, Veronica's spirit is defined by her unwavering belief in the power of possibilities. Her guiding philosophy, captured in the timeless words of Audrey Hepburn, is a testament to her unwavering resolve to overcome any obstacle that comes her way. Truly, Veronica is an inspiration to all who have the privilege of knowing her, and her contributions to the Imaging Services team are invaluable.
Alyse joined the Imaging Services family in 2020 as a receptionist, and since then, she has been an invaluable asset to the team. Her friendly smile and warm personality made her a natural at her job. Her dedication and commitment did not go unnoticed as she now proudly serves as the Operations Manager.
Outside of work, Alyse's family is her top priority, and spending time with them brings her immense joy. Whether it's quality time with her daughter, extended family members, or her beloved pets, she cherishes every moment and holds them close to her heart.
Since joining the Imaging Services team, Alyse has come to realize that the family extends beyond just her loved ones. She now proudly calls her colleagues and coworkers her family too. She feels a deep sense of belonging and camaraderie within the organization, and this has only strengthened her commitment and dedication to her role.
Alyse's kind and compassionate nature is truly infectious, and she brings a positive energy to the workplace that is contagious.
John has spent most of his professional career since the late 1970’s in the medical imaging field, primarily in film processing. Most of that time he worked as a service Engineer serving the New England region. However, with the advent of technology and the reduction of film usage to mostly research applications, his role also shrank.
While he is still involved in film processing, he has branched out into X-Ray and Digital Imaging with a focus on quality control. He joined the team at Imaging Services 18-months ago.
John loves being near the water and his home along the shoreline in Connecticut and smaller property on a tidal river in Virginia, both affords him and his wife plenty of opportunity to interact with his surroundings and wildlife.
Damien is a dedicated employee who has been with Imaging Services since its inception 15-years ago. He has earned technical certificates in Medical Electronics and X-Ray System Maintenance. His technical abilities, know-how and customer service skills are unmatched. He is proud of the role he plays as part of the team.
He will tell you that he is a big kid at heart and balances the seriousness of his job with some serious gaming. Yes, video games. He also enjoys a good round of golf, some fishing and of course joking around.
Tim embarked on his professional career in the imaging field in 1989 as a Solutions Service Technician aka Processor Guy. He worked for North Central X-Ray in Danville, Pennsylvania. That company exchanged hands over the years, but he remained and transitioned each time until September 2012.
He then joined the team at Imaging Services where he received training in X-Ray and Digital Services. To date he has amassed over 33-years of experience in the Imaging field and is proud of the assets he brings and the value he gains being a team member at Imaging Services.
When he’s not working, Tim may be found on his dirt bike riding the trails or playing the drums when his artistic mood hits.
Jeff has been working in the Radiology field for over 30-years. He joined the Imaging Services team in 2008 as a Field Service Engineer and Sales Consultant. He has since been promoted to Service Manager. Jeff enjoys all aspects of the profession with a focus on customer service.
Jeff was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he currently lives with his Wife and Son. In his free time he enjoys working on his classic Mustang and spending time at the beach with his family and friends.
Paul has a stellar career spanning over 40-years selling X-Ray Imaging Solutions for Orthopedics, Podiatry, Veterinary and Chiropractic Professionals.
He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and holds certificates in Electronics. He is well versed in the safety and handling of X-Ray equipment and is proficient in DEP requirements for radiation safety at the State and Federal levels. He has brought an outstanding skillset to Imaging Services for the past 13-years and is a valued leader and team member.
Paul takes time out for himself to relax by playing a round or two of golf, or, leaving it all behind to explore the world with some travelling.
Hans Stewart has brought with him a depth of experience and knowledge to his role at Imaging Services which has served the company well in its growth. He has been a part of the Company for the past 5-years. He has over 18-years of Mechanical Engineering experience and 12-years working in Medical X-Ray and PACS.
He is a US Military Veteran and has earned an AAS degree in Computer Science. Additionally, he holds technical degrees in A+ Hardware, Software, Networking and Gas Turbine Engines. He has parlayed his experience and educational background into strong leadership qualities that has positioned him well for the responsibilities of his role.
Hans is not all work and no play; he loves any activity which gets him outdoors.
In his former years, Jim valiantly served his country as a member of the US Marine Corps. After his service he attended the University of Baltimore while working for a small startup imaging company. He was their 3rd employee. He majored and graduated with a BS degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing.
His academic prowess and the experience he gained working, perfectly positioned him to become COO. He grew the company to become one of the largest imaging facilities in the country, with 300 employees across 11 offices from Virginia to Massachusetts. Sales grew to over $350m and his skills were not simply relegated to numbers as he also deftly navigated all 11 offices to function seamlessly as one cohesive unit.
In 2001, with the advent of the digital X-Ray world, business declined rapidly as their model could no longer compete. Within 6-months, the doors were shuttered.
Not to be deterred, Jim pivoted and repositioned himself because after all, customer service was not dead. He decided to start his own company. Like most solopreneurs, Jim quickly realized he needed support and reached out to an old, trusted friend, Michael Tokash. Michael worked at the old company and had the sales and service experience and expertise he needed and which he was no expert. Michael was offered a partnership which he accepted. As they say the rest is history.
In 1975, Michael embarked on his imaging journey, working with several companies to service and maintain their imaging equipment. With his vast experience and expertise, he quickly made a name for himself in the industry. In 2002, Michael took a bold step when the opportunity arouse, and ventured into a partnership with his longtime friend and former employer, James Kreiger to cofound his own company. The Imaging Services was born and has since migrated to single ownership. As the CEO of the company, Michael is the face of the outfit and the go-to "boots on the ground" guy for his clients.
Michael's dedication to customer service and his exceptional skills have earned him the respect and loyalty of all those he serves and works with. He is not only a seasoned professional in his field but also a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and advocate for chiropractic care. He finds great joy in giving back to the chiropractic community and is always ready to lend a helping hand.
Michael attributes his success to his unwavering commitment to providing outstanding customer service and treating everyone he encounters with respect and care. He firmly believes that everyone he serves is a part of his extended family.
